Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said in an interview with Sky News that he is the most experienced person to lead Ukraine.
“I may not be the best, but I am the most experienced person to lead Ukraine in this war,” he said.
Zelensky stressed that Ukraine is not an object but a subject and will not accept ultimatums from the Russian Federation.
He warned that Putin would not get the “break” he needed without an immediate increase in NATO defense spending.
According to the Ukrainian president, Russia could attack an alliance member within the next five years. He also expressed concern that the situation in the Middle East could weaken international support for Ukraine.
