Israel is pursuing three main goals in its operation against Iran: the destruction of Iran's nuclear and missile programs, as well as the neutralization of the so-called "axis of terror." Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this at a press conference.
"We want to see results, and this means three things: the destruction of the nuclear program, the deprivation of the ability to produce ballistic missiles, and the elimination of Iran's "axis of terror," he said.
Earlier, Israel had announced only two primary goals for the operation: the destruction of Tehran's nuclear and missile programs.
