Pope Leo XIV has called on Iran and Israel to show responsibility and prudence, stressing that all countries must support peace.
“These days, very alarming news is coming: the situation in Iran and Israel has seriously deteriorated. At such a difficult moment, I again appeal for responsibility and prudence.
No one should threaten the existence of another. Every state must support the cause of peace, paving the way for reconciliation and promoting solutions that guarantee the security and dignity of all,” he said.
