Turkish Foreign Ministry condemns Israeli attack

Israel must immediately stop its aggressive actions that could lead to an escalation of conflicts, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

"This attack, which violates international law, is a provocation that serves Israel's destabilizing policy in the region.

The fact that the attacks took place at a time when negotiations over Iran's nuclear program had intensified shows that the Netanyahu government did not want any issue to be resolved diplomatically and did not shy away from putting regional stability and world peace at risk for its interests," the Turkish Foreign Ministry stressed.
