Russia and the US will continue negotiations in Moscow and Washington

The Russian Ambassador to the United States, Alexander Darchiev, announced that Russia and the United States have reached a preliminary agreement to move their consultations to Moscow and Washington to overcome the tensions in bilateral relations.

“It is important to note that there is progress, even if it is reversible. This progress can be seen in tangible results. At the last meeting in Istanbul on April 10, the parties made a preliminary decision to move the consultations to the capitals,” the ambassador said.
