Thunberg and others were taken to the airport to be deported from Israel

The Israeli Foreign Ministry said that Greta Thunberg and other activists from the Madleen humanitarian aid ship, which was seized by Israeli forces on its way to Gaza the day before, have arrived at the airport for deportation.

“The passengers arrived at Ben Gurion Airport to leave Israel and return to their countries,” the statement said.

It is noted that the activists are due to leave the country in the coming hours.

“Those who refuse to sign the deportation papers and leave Israel will face trial by Israeli law,” the Foreign Ministry added.
