The newspaper, citing intelligence sources, writes that after Trump left the role of peacemaker, Ukraine is more dependent on its intelligence services than ever before and has shown the ability to deliver severe blows deep into Russia.
The article says that the parties have long wanted to break the deadlock in the war of attrition, and Ukraine's successful Operation Spider Web was a bold step toward " rebooting” the negotiations.
