A missile attack by the Russian military has hit the administration building in the Ukrainian city of Kherson.
The Kherson regional prosecutor's office reported that four strikes were launched in the direction of the city center. The attack on the city was carried out using artillery and drones. At least five residential buildings, one administrative building, and one educational institution were damaged.
