The Russian side leveled the Kherson administration building with a second strike

The Russian armed forces have again shelled the Kherson regional administration building.
"Information about the casualties is being verified," said Alexander Prokudin, head of the regional military administration.
Recall that the Russian side also hit the building in the morning, but it was partially damaged.
