US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s chief of staff, Andriy Yermak. After the talks, Yermak again called on the United States to impose sanctions on Russia.
“We shared our views on the meetings with the Russians in Istanbul, the further course of negotiations, the upcoming prisoner exchange, and the importance of the return of all hostages and children abducted by Russia,” Zelensky’s chief of staff wrote.
