"Iran will not abandon its uranium enrichment program." Araghchi

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said that his country will not abandon its uranium enrichment program, which is “the basis of national independence.” The minister wrote about this on his “X” page.

“There is a reason why only a few countries can fuel nuclear reactors. In addition to significant financial resources and political vision, it requires a solid industrial base and a scientific and technological complex capable of providing the necessary human resources and know-how,” the Iranian Foreign Minister wrote.

He emphasized that Iran has paid a high price for acquiring these capabilities.

“There is no scenario in which we would abandon the patriots who have fulfilled our dream.”
