Keith Kellogg, the US president's special envoy for Ukraine, said in an interview with Fox News that new US sanctions against Russia are ready.
"I spoke with Lindsey Graham, and I assume it is ready. The law on sanctions against Russia is already ready for publication. The sanctions are quite severe," Kellogg noted.
