According to the NYT, the United States assumes that Russia can
- strike civilian infrastructure with drones,
- attack the energy system,
- use medium-range ballistic missiles.
Operation "Spiderweb" has significantly damaged Russian strategic forces, but the Pentagon believes this will not stop the Russian attack.
