Turkish Foreign Minister calls talks constructive

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said the second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine has been held in a constructive atmosphere, according to Turkish media.

Fidan expects the parties to begin working on the memorandums submitted to each other at a technical level in the coming days. According to him, the delegations have agreed to continue preparations for the meeting at the leadership level.

“It is encouraging to see the results-oriented approach that the parties are taking to end the losses caused by the war. I want to thank both countries for trusting Turkey in this historic process,” Fidan concluded.
