Negotiations between representatives of Russia and Ukraine started in Istanbul with a delay of more than 1.5 hours. Earlier, it was reported that the negotiations would begin at 14:00 Yerevan time. Already at 13:40, the Turkish, Russian, and Ukrainian delegations arrived at the Chirag Palace. Some members of the Ukrainian delegation arrived in military uniforms.
However, the negotiations started at 15:44.
It should be noted that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and the head of the intelligence service Ibrahim Kalin will also participate in the negotiations.
