The Russian RIA news agency reported that today, the talks between Russia and Ukraine will begin in Istanbul under the chairmanship of Fidan at 14:00 Yerevan time.
It is also reported that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Intelligence Chief Ibrahim Kalin will also participate in the talks.
