Liverpool have offered an astronomical sum for Wirtz

Liverpool have offered Bayer Leverkusen around €133m for Florian Wirtz. Earlier, insider Fabrizio Romano reported that the Merseyside club had made the first official offer for the midfielder.

According to Bild, Liverpool has offered a fixed amount of £100m, which is equivalent to around €117m. Bonus payments of £10-12m will be added to this, bringing the total amount to €130-133m.

It is noted that Bayer Leverkusen is demanding €150m. However, Liverpool is trying to limit the amount to €135m. Since the difference is relatively small, a quick agreement is likely to be reached.
