Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev and Trump's special representative Keith Kellogg engaged in a remote debate.
Medvedev, citing Trump's post that "Putin is playing with fire," responded: "The only terrible thing is World War III. I hope Trump understands that."
Kellogg responded: "Talking about World War III is a reckless and inappropriate comment. President Trump is making efforts to stop the war and stop the killing. We await your promised memorandum, which we should have received a week ago. Cease fire immediately."
