US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said none of the US-NATO allies wants to transfer their Patriot systems to Ukraine.
According to him, the US and its allies are working to transfer Patriot systems to Ukraine, but they lack them for their needs.
"The US recognizes that the conflict in Ukraine cannot be resolved militarily; it must end through negotiations," Rubio added.
