“Azerbaijan is the initiator of the peace agreement with Armenia,” Azerbaijani media reported, Ilham Aliyev said at a joint press conference with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
“Azerbaijan has two conditions for signing a peace agreement with Armenia.
Armenia does not want to accept them yet, but they will most likely accept them since we have not put forward any extraordinary conditions,” Aliyev said.
According to him, Armenia must amend its constitution and dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group.
