Trump ends the Middle East tour and returns to the US.
US President Donald Trump said that after completing his trip to the Middle East, he will return to the US to see his newborn grandson.
In a conversation with reporters, Trump said: "I had a grandson. I'm going home to see him."
Speaking about the war between Russia and Ukraine, Trump noted that it is time to end it. He commented on Russia's participation in the peace talks in Istanbul, which Turkey organized.
"Everyone said that Putin would come. I said, if I don't come, I guarantee he won't come either, and he didn't come," Trump emphasized.
