Zelensky will not participate in the negotiations, but will send a delegation

Agence France Presse reported, citing a senior Ukrainian official, that Volodymyr Zelensky will not participate in the talks with Russia in Istanbul.
“Volodymyr Zelensky himself will not travel to Istanbul,” the agency said in a statement, citing the official.
“I have decided to send a delegation to Istanbul. Defense Minister Umerov will head it. The main goal of the talks in Istanbul will be a ceasefire,” Zelensky said.
