German law enforcement agencies have identified three Ukrainian citizens who were preparing sabotage on behalf of Russia, the German Federal Prosecutor's Office reported. Two were arrested in the German cities of Cologne and Konstanz, and the third in the Swiss canton of Thurgau.
It is reported that the detainees had even agreed to carry out the order of the Russian state authorities. They planned to send parcels from Germany to Ukraine with explosive devices that were to be detonated during transportation.
