US President Donald Trump has announced that he is considering traveling to Istanbul on May 15.
“That will be possible if I understand that things are moving forward. We can expect good results from the meeting in Istanbul,” the White House chief of staff said, referring to the planned direct talks between Ukraine and Russia.
Trump also spoke about the conflict between India and Pakistan and emphasized that they managed to stop the conflict, which could have turned into a nuclear war.
“They did it for many reasons, one of which is trade. We will do a lot of trade with Pakistan and India,” the president said.
