The PKK's decision to dissolve itself following Abdullah Ocalan's appeal is an essential step towards achieving the "Turkey without terrorism" formula, said Ömer Çelik, spokesman for Turkey's ruling Justice and Development Party.
"The decision to dissolve itself and lay down arms will be a turning point if it is implemented fully, concretely, and by all PKK structures and illegal groups," Çelik said.
