NBC reported, citing sources, that US President's special envoy Steven Witkoff intends to present a list of 22 proposals to Russian President Vladimir Putin to help end the fighting in Ukraine.
According to them, negotiators from the United States, European countries, and Ukraine developed the list of conditions. The document includes a proposal for a 30-day ceasefire and also "satisfies Putin's demand that the United States not support Ukraine's accession to NATO."
NBC did not specify when Witkoff will present the plan to the Russian president.
