Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga has called Vladimir Putin's "decorative truce" a farce.
He said that contrary to Putin's statements, Russian troops are continuing their attacks along the entire front.
"From midnight to noon, Russia violated the ceasefire 734 times, carried out 63 offensive operations, 23 of which are still ongoing, bombed our positions 586 times, including 464 with heavy weapons, 176 strikes with FPV drones, and 10 airstrikes with 16 guided bombs," Sibiga said.
He added that Ukraine is responding proportionately to all attacks.
