Speaking on state television, Iranian Defense Minister Aziz Nasserzadeh announced that the new ballistic missile, the Qassem Basir, has a range of at least 1,200 kilometers.
Nasserzadeh said the ballistic missile can dodge its way to its target to overcome air defense shields.
