Ukraine agrees to 22 demands to end conflict with Russia

US President's special envoy Keith Kellogg announced on Fox News that Ukraine has agreed to 22 conditions to settle the conflict with Russia.

"I arrived from London last week, where we were meeting with the Ukrainian team and the Europeans. We had 22 specific conditions; they agreed to them," he said.

Kellogg added that both Kyiv and representatives of the European Union had expressed interest in a possible 30-day ceasefire.

According to him, the United States is ready to recognize Russia's territorial claims partially. He recalled that Ukraine is prepared for de facto recognition of territorial losses, not legal ones.

"The Ukrainians are ready to cede the territories that Russia occupies, although they do not accept this legally. They understand that each side will remain occupied in the event of a ceasefire. They are ready for this. "Last week, they told me they had already discussed that agreement," Kellogg said.

US President Donald Trump announced Kyiv's readiness to make territorial concessions two days earlier.
