US ready to partially agree to Russia's territorial claims

US President's special representative Keith Kellogg said the United States is prepared to partially agree to Russia's territorial demands as part of a settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.

"Partially, yes," he said on Fox News, responding to a question about whether the United States is prepared to agree to Russia's territorial demands as part of a settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.

Kellogg denied the assumption that the United States is now withdrawing from the negotiations to resolve the Ukrainian conflict, saying he does not believe so.
