Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Ukraine is ready to work with all partners to end the war. Still, Russia is rejecting everything and is manipulating peace, trying to deceive the United States.
"Now is another attempt at manipulation: for some reason, everyone should wait for May 8 and only then ceasefire to provide Putin with silence during the parade," Zelensky said.
The Ukrainian leader added that they value people's lives, not parades.
"The fire must cease, not for a few days, so they can kill again. An immediate, complete, and unconditional ceasefire, and at least 30 days so that it is guaranteed and reliable," Zelensky said.
