EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Koss has announced that the EU may consider continuing Moldova's accession talks separately from Ukraine as early as June. The reason is Hungary's resistance to Ukraine's integration into the EU.
According to Koss, Moldova could become an EU member by the end of its mandate in 2029. She stressed that Ukraine has met all the requirements, but Budapest continues implementing new conditions.
