The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, stated in Baku that the EU supports achieving a sustainable peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“The European Union supports achieving a sustainable peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia. We will continue to make efforts to establish sustainable peace in the region,” she said.
Kallas considered Azerbaijan an essential partner in the region.
“We have expectations of strengthening our relations,” she added.
