"It's more difficult with Zelensky now." Trump

US President Donald Trump has touched on the Russian-Ukrainian war and trade relations with China.

"I don't want to be biased on Russia or Ukraine. I want the war to end," Trump said, speaking about Crimea.

He noted that negotiations with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky have been more difficult than expected. "I thought Zelensky would be easier to deal with, but it's been more difficult so far."

Trump added: "I think we have an agreement with Russia; now we have to agree with Zelensky."

In response to a journalist's question about whether the United States and China have direct ties on trade issues, Trump replied: "Yes, of course, every day."
