US Vice President Vance has expressed optimism about achieving peace in Ukraine. The US Vice President made the statement hours after Marco Rubio threatened to leave the talks.
"As the talks continue, I will not prejudge them, but we are optimistic and hopeful that we can end this fierce war," J.D. Vance said.
