The United States will walk away from the Ukraine talks if either side sabotages them, US President Donald Trump said.
"If for some reason either side interferes too much, we'll just say, 'You're stupid, you're stupid, you're terrible people,' and we'll leave it at that. But we hope we don't have to," he said.
The head of state also clarified that the United States is not setting specific dates for reaching a deal on Ukraine but "wants to agree quickly."
Trump did not rule out that Washington would no longer provide military assistance to Kyiv if efforts to resolve the Ukrainian conflict were unsuccessful.
