EU foreign ministers will gather in Kyiv on May 9 to celebrate Europe Day, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot announced.
“The foreign ministers of European countries will meet in Kyiv on May 9. I will be there. Putin is planning big celebrations in Moscow. It is a victory day for them. For us, this is a moment of solidarity with Ukraine,” he said.
