Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said during a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov that Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's message to Russian President Vladimir Putin is a signal to the whole world that Tehran considers Moscow its strategic partner.
"We have conveyed the message of our Supreme Leader to the Russian President. This is a message not only to Vladimir Putin but also a signal to the whole world that Iran considers Russia its strategic partner and important neighbor," he said.
