Former US President Joe Biden publicly criticized Donald Trump's second term for the first time on Tuesday, calling the Trump administration's actions toward the Social Security Administration destructive.
"Look at what happened. In less than 100 days, this new administration has done so much damage," the former president said.
It is noteworthy that Biden never mentioned Trump by name during his speech, but the criticism was directed indirectly at him.
"7,000 employees have been laid off, including the most experienced officials. Now they are going to lay off thousands more," Biden said.
