Days before a planned meeting between US and Iranian officials on returning to the nuclear deal, US President Donald Trump reiterated his intention to launch military action if Tehran does not accept his ultimatum.
Trump said he does not mind Iran prospering and "being great," but he will not allow the country to have nuclear weapons. The US president said Tehran supposedly understands this. He also reiterated his promise to use military force if necessary and said Israel would participate in a possible attack.
"If it has to be done militarily, we will do it militarily. Israel will be very active in it. They will be the leaders of it. But we are not led by anyone. We do what we want," Trump assured.
