“I hereby increase the tariffs levied by the United States on China to 125%, effective immediately.
Conversely, given that more than 75 countries have called on US officials to negotiate solutions to trade, tariffs, and currency, I have authorized a 90-day suspension and a significant reduction of reciprocal tariffs by 10% during this period. This decision is also effective immediately,” he wrote.
