Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that the redeployment of US troops in Jasionka was discussed with them weeks in advance and is not a surprise.
He added that the US has promised to keep these troops in Poland, meaning that "the number of US troops will not be reduced either in Poland or Europe."
"I am talking about the guarantees we have received from the Americans. I hope that they will be fulfilled," he said.
