French President Emmanuel Macron will visit the Egyptian city of El Arish, near Gaza, tomorrow. The visit is important because Israel is obstructing the delivery of aid to Gaza.
According to Al Jazeera, Macron and Egyptian President El-Sisi earlier expressed a united position, condemning the resumption of strikes on Gaza and demanding an immediate return to a ceasefire and negotiations.
El Arish, located in northern Egypt, is 50 kilometers from Gaza and serves as a center for collecting humanitarian aid.
Before that, Macron will meet today with Jordanian King Abdullah II and again with El-Sisi to focus on the issue of Gaza.
