Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei announced that expert-level meetings will be held in Moscow today and tomorrow between China, Russia, and Iran to discuss various issues, including the nuclear issue.
Baghaei also reported an expert meeting held between Iran and three European countries during Nowruz.
