The United States has revoked the visas of more than 300 international students who participated in Palestinian protests, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said.
“There could be more than 300 of them at this point. We do this every day. Every time I find one of these lunatics, I take their visas away,” Rubio said.
In late January, US President Donald Trump signed an executive order to combat anti-Semitism and threatened to deport students who participated in Palestinian protests.
“To all foreigners residing in the country who have joined demonstrations in support of jihad, we are warning you: in 2025, we will find you and deport you,” the statement accompanying the order said.
