Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran has not yet responded to US President Donald Trump's letter and is working on it.
"Our position in our negotiations with America is clear," he said, noting that they will not negotiate directly with the US amid the military threat and increased economic sanctions. "But Iran is always ready to negotiate to create more transparency around its peaceful nuclear program. Right now, we are in talks with three European countries, and we have never left the negotiating table regarding our nuclear program, and we will not leave," he said.
