The Kremlin press service reported that Russia and the United States have agreed to develop a mechanism to prohibit attacks on Russian and Ukrainian energy infrastructure for 30 days from March 18. The agreement could be extended and withdrawn if either party fails to comply.
Ukraine confirmed the report on the ban. “We are not attacking Russian energy infrastructure; they are ours. There are no territorial issues. It doesn’t matter what Russia says. We must follow our strategy,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
