The White House has issued statements regarding the agreements reached in Riyadh after negotiations with Russia and Ukraine.
In particular, the United States agreed with Ukraine and Russia in Riyadh to exclude the use of force against commercial ships in the Black Sea. Washington agreed with Kyiv and Moscow to develop a mechanism prohibiting attacks on Russian and Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
In addition, the United States will help Russia re-enter global agricultural and fertilizer export markets by expanding its access to ports and payment systems.
