Russia and the United States have expressed their readiness to move forward in resolving the conflict in Ukraine, but Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said technical issues still need to be resolved.
According to him, the main topic of the talks in Riyadh is the Black Sea Initiative, which focuses on ensuring the safety of navigation in the Black Sea.
Peskov noted that Putin is adhering to the order not to attack energy infrastructure despite Ukraine's violations, and the United States can assess the implementation of this agreement.
The spokesman noted that Putin will be immediately informed about the results of the talks and will have an international telephone conversation in the afternoon.
