The Guardian reports that the US and Ukraine are expected to hold another round of talks today following the conclusion of Russian-American talks.
“The separate meetings are set to discuss details of ending long-range attacks on energy facilities and civilian infrastructure, as well as ending attacks in the Black Sea to ensure safe commercial shipping,” the publication says.
